Residents must set up electric service with Georgia Power before move-in. Water is individually metered and billed through the resident portal, no separate account needed. Internet is the resident's responsibility; any provider that services the community is welcome.
Yes. Residents must maintain an active renters' insurance policy. If one is not provided, a liability-only policy will be added as a monthly charge; note that this does not cover personal belongings. Submitting policy information before move-in also avoids an additional mitigated risk fee.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period through the 5th. Late charges apply beginning on the 5th, including holidays. Payment options include the online resident portal (debit, credit, or bank account), money order, personal check, or cashier's check.
The Quinn at Perimeter does not participate in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

The community itself is not gated, but the parking garage is gated and secured. Residents receive a fob and directory code for access.

Pets

Yes, up to two pets per apartment are welcome with no weight restrictions. Breed and exotic animal restrictions apply. All pets must be registered through PetScreening.com.

Requests can be submitted through the online resident portal or by calling the leasing office. The team aims to respond within 48 hours, with on-call maintenance available on weekends.
Packages are delivered to Amazon Lockers for secure, 24/7 pickup. Oversized packages are encouraged to be delivered directly to residents' doors.
