Pet Policy
The Quinn at Perimeter welcomes pets with prior written approval from management. All applicable fees and deposits must be paid before the pet resides in the apartment.
Pet Requirements
All pets must be properly licensed and have up-to-date vaccinations
Residents must provide one of the following:
A signed statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming:
-The pet is in good health
-The pet’s breed(s), to the best of the veterinarian’s knowledge
-OR registration papers (for registered breeds) in place of the veterinarian statement.
-Pets must be under control and leashed at all times when outside the apartment
-Pets may not be left unattended on balconies at any time
-Pet Limits & Fees
-Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
Non-Refundable Fees:
-1st Pet: $300
-2nd Pet: $300
Monthly Pet Rent:
-$20 per pet, per month
REQUIRED: The Quinn at Perimeter partners with PetScreening.com to ensure a responsible pet-friendly community. All pets must be registered through this service.
Registration Fee:
$30 per pet (credit card)
$25 per pet (ACH payment)
-Assistance/Service Animals: No registration fee $0 - (Must still be registered and have a Pet Profile)
-Pet Profiles are valid for one year and must be renewed annually with the applicable fee

-Vaccination records
-Microchip information
-Photos of your pet
